Analytics Terms

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies our website uses to measure visits and advertising, what they collect and how you can accept or decline them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that tell a service when a page is viewed or an action is taken. Local storage lets a website remember a setting in your browser. On this page we call all of them "cookies".
2. What we use and why
We use three kinds:
- Essential storage. We remember whether you accepted or declined analytics so that we do not ask on every page. This is stored in your browser only and is not used to identify you.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, which may be loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us in aggregate how many people visit, which pages they view, the type of device they use and how they found us.
- Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel tell those platforms when someone who saw or clicked one of our advertisements visits the website or takes an action on it. This lets us measure our advertising and lets the platforms show our advertisements to relevant audiences.
A service is loaded only when we have switched it on, so not every service listed here may be active when you visit.
3. What is collected
When analytics and advertising cookies are active, these services may collect:
- The pages you view, the time of your visit and how you move through the website.
- Your device type, browser, screen size and language.
- Your approximate location, derived from your IP address.
- The website, search or advertisement that brought you here, including campaign tags in the link.
- Cookie or device identifiers set by the provider.
- Three actions on our website: viewing a page, tapping a WhatsApp button and sending the enquiry form.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address or the content of your enquiry to these services.
4. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. They are loaded only if you accept. If you decline, the website works in the same way and no analytics or advertising cookies are set by us.
You can change your mind at any time by choosing "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjust your advertising preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok account settings.
5. The providers
These services are provided by Google, Meta and TikTok. Each provider also uses the data it collects for its own purposes under its own privacy policy, and may combine it with other information it holds about you if you have an account with it. They may store and process data on servers outside Singapore.
We see reports from these services in aggregate. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
6. How long data is kept
The record of your choice stays in your browser until you clear your browser data or change your choice. Data held by the providers is kept for the periods set in those services and in their policies.
7. Personal data
Where information collected through cookies is personal data, we handle it in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy, and your consent is the basis on which analytics and advertising cookies are used.
