Terms and Conditions
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Moodcrafters Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202427312M). By using the website you agree to them. They are not the agreement for a design or renovation project: that is always a separate written agreement, described in section 4.
1. About us
Moodcrafters Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore with its registered studio at 8 Ubi Rd 2, #01-07 Zervex, Singapore 408538. You can reach us at hello@moodcrafterinterior.com or +65 8087 5475.
2. What this website is for
This website shows our studio, our process and a selection of our residential and commercial work, and lets you get in touch. Its content is general information. It is not professional advice for your particular property and it is not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
Images on this website include three-dimensional visualisations as well as photographs. A visualisation shows design intent. Finished spaces can differ from a visualisation or from another client's project because of site conditions, material availability, natural variation in stone, timber and other materials, and the choices each client makes.
Project facts such as size, scope and duration describe that project only and are approximate. They are not a promise of what another project will cost or how long it will take.
3. Enquiries, consultations and quotations
Sending an enquiry or attending a consultation does not create a contract between us. Any price or timing mentioned on this website, in conversation or in a message is an estimate until it is set out in a written quotation from us.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. A contract for our services exists only when both you and Moodcrafters have signed a written agreement or quotation, or you have accepted it in another way the document allows.
4. Design and renovation services
Our design, carpentry and renovation services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. That agreement sets out the scope of work, price, payment schedule, timeline, how variations are handled, and the terms for defects and warranty. If these website terms and a signed agreement say different things, the signed agreement applies.
Some works need approval before they can start. For example, renovation works in HDB flats must be carried out by a contractor listed in HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors and certain works need an HDB permit; condominiums and commercial buildings usually need the approval of the management or landlord; and some works need submissions to the relevant authorities. The approvals needed for your project, and who obtains them, will be set out in your agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The designs, drawings, visualisations, photographs, text, graphics and software on this website belong to Moodcrafters or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws, including the Copyright Act 2021. You may view the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish or use our content or designs for commercial purposes, or pass them to another designer or contractor to build from, without our written permission.
Proposals, space plans, moodboards and drawings we share with you before an agreement is signed remain our property and are provided for your evaluation only. Rights in designs produced under a signed agreement are dealt with in that agreement.
6. Using the website
Please do not misuse the website. You agree not to:
- Send false, misleading, unlawful or offensive content through the enquiry form.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or use the form to promote goods or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or its content management area, or interfere with their operation.
- Collect content or data from the website by automated means for commercial use, other than indexing by search engines.
We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.
7. Links and third-party services
The website links to and uses services operated by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free from error, or that the website will always be available or free from harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
9. Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moodcrafters is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
Our liability for design and renovation services is governed by your signed agreement with us.
10. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, our PDPA Notice and our Analytics Terms, which form part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a concern arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it together. If it cannot be resolved by discussion, either of us may propose mediation, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not prevent you from approaching the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Small Claims Tribunals where they are able to hear your matter.
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce them. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
