1. Your consent
By sending our enquiry form, messaging or calling us, or engaging our services, you consent to Moodcrafters collecting, using and disclosing the personal data you provide in order to respond to you, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver and support your project, and meet our legal obligations. We collect only what is reasonable for those purposes.
2. Our obligations under the PDPA

- Access and correction requests. We respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days of receiving your request, we will tell you in writing when we will be able to. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the fee first. There is no fee for a correction.

5. Do Not Call
We send telemarketing calls or messages to Singapore telephone numbers only where you have given clear consent or where the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA otherwise allow it, and we check numbers against the Do Not Call Registry where required. Messages about your own enquiry or project are not telemarketing messages.
