8. Marketing and the Do Not Call Registry
We send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows it. Where required, we check Singapore telephone numbers against the Do Not Call Registry before sending telemarketing messages.

10. How we protect and keep it
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or loss. These include access controls, password-protected systems, encrypted connections to our website and limiting access to staff and partners who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy or for legal or business purposes. As a guide:
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Project files, agreements and payment records: for the life of the project and afterwards for as long as needed for warranty, accounting, tax and legal purposes, which is generally at least five years.
When personal data is no longer needed we delete it, destroy it or remove the means by which it can be linked to you.

You may ask us:
- For a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used or disclosed it in the past year.
- To correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- To stop using your personal data for a purpose you previously agreed to.
Write to our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 15. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We respond to access and correction requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days we will tell you when we will be able to. The PDPA allows us to charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and we will tell you the fee before we proceed. The PDPA also sets out situations where we may or must decline a request.
If you withdraw consent we will tell you the likely consequences and will generally give effect to your withdrawal within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent may mean that we cannot continue an enquiry or service. It does not affect our right to keep and use personal data where the law allows or requires it, for example to complete or enforce an existing agreement.
12. Keeping your data accurate
We rely on the details you give us. Please tell us when your contact details or project details change so that our records stay accurate and complete.
13. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after making that assessment, and we will notify affected individuals where the PDPA requires it.
